Since 2006, the Distillerie TESSENDIER has been putting in place a management and control system for security and foodstuffs quality. Production is organised in accordance with the strict process written by certification organizations (HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 22002) : procedures are written, set up and controlled by our quality engineer.
A perfect conformity of their products
Based on the HACCP method in force – from raw materials recycling to shipments – the Distillerie Tessendier guarantees perfect conformity of their products which hence meet the European Regulation N°852/2004 requirements. An incorporated laboratory allows us to make the necessary analyses and controls. All the employees are qualified and trained to use sophisticated machines such as Winescan and the more recent spectrophotometer. They help the Cellar Master in his search for cuts, selection, and blending.
All transports of goods are done with the right accompanying administrative documents and a COFRAC certified analysis (Laboratory Accreditation).
Analysis results are used by the Cellar Master but only tasting determines the final selections.
